Triad Real Estate Partners strives to be the premier private client multi-family, student housing & affordable housing real estate brokerage company in the Midwest. The partners at Triad, have a combined 30 years experience in commercial real estate and closed over 150 transactions in 12 states with an aggregate value of over $500 million.

Triad turned to click5 to develop new marketing website to showcase their real estate listings. Allowing internal team to manage website content, property listings including ability to feature listings on various pages of the site.

click5 team worked closely with Triads’ creative guidelines to develop a site that would not only look great but would fit in to the greater long tail marketing strategy. The result is a slick and fresh website that can compliment who Triad Real Estate Partners are and their business principals. Using our agile development methodology, we were able to streamline implementation while providing a self-managed solution, thereby reducing operational costs.
